You can book and move in directly through our website, or contact us and we’ll send you a secure online move-in link by phone or email. Once your ID is verified and payment is received, we’ll provide your personal gate PIN and a map showing your unit location. Then you’re ready to go, just remember to bring your own padlock.
For the safety and protection of all customers, certain items are not permitted to be stored in our units. This includes any illegal or stolen goods, hazardous or flammable materials, lithium batteries, chemicals, fuels, gas bottles, explosives, perishable food, living plants or animals, wet or mouldy items, rubbish, or anything likely to cause damage, pests, strong odours, or safety risks.
We recommend all customers insure their goods while in storage. Contact your insurer and let them know you’re storing with us—they can usually extend your cover at little or no extra cost.
Our storage facility is monitored by a live security system that tracks real-time activity, including who enters and exits the premises. The entire complex is fully fenced and accessed through an electric security gate with PIN-code entry, all under camera surveillance. Each individual storage unit is secured with the customer's own padlock, with keys held solely by the unit holder for added privacy and security.
There is a one month minimum charge, but you can take storage for as little as one day if you like. We ask for 14 days notice for move out.
Payments are made on month in advance and are automatically debited each month from your nominated credit card or bank account. A bond is also required at the time of booking and will be fully refunded once the unit has been vacated, emptied, and left clean at move-out.
